Integrated Management System Policy Statement
Multidigital Nigeria Limited is committed to maintaining and improving quality and occupational health and safety processes by adopting an integrated management system. This provides a framework for integration of the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
The company defines our core values for Integrated Management System as follows:
- To give satisfaction to all our customers, other stakeholders and interested parties, whenever possible, meeting and exceeding their expectations.
- To comply with all legal requirements, codes of practice and all other requirements applicable to our activities
- To ensure that all employees are made aware of their individual obligations in respect of this quality and occupational health and safety.
- To optimize our business processes to always strive for zero defect and no waste attitude
- To provide and maintain safe workplaces for our employees, and other persons who may be directly impacted upon together with the necessary welfare facilities.
- To endeavor to ensure that all persons employed by us are competent to carry out the specific work tasks by providing all necessary information, instruction, training and supervision.
- To provide and maintain appropriate personal protective equipment and ensure that staff are aware of their obligations in respect of its use.
- To monitor our work activities and inform all persons we employ, and others who may be directly impacted upon, of the risks associated with those work activities and put in place safe systems of work to minimize the likelihood of injury or harmful impacts to health.
- To ensure employee involvement and participation in OHS matters such as identification and assessment of hazards, risk, and opportunities, toolbox talk, Safety induction, and legal and contractual requirements.
- To ensure continual improvement of our Quality management system and Occupational Health and safety management system.
This Integrated Management System policy, objectives and targets will be reviewed annually (or sooner if necessary) by Top Management. This policy statement is communicated to all employees and persons working for or on behalf of the company and will be made available to the public, stakeholders and any other interested parties on request.
